Virtual Yoga returns to Courage Yard
After the success of our Summer lockdown yoga series, Yoga with Manny returns to Courage Yard, bringing back her virtual yoga sessions with a WFH focus.
Yoga is a great way to refocus our minds and re-balance our bodies during three specialised sessions during lockdown. It is easy to slouch sitting at desks or on your sofa hunched over a laptop, and these sessions are for giving our bodies a well needed stretch out.
You will be guided through a calming 30 minute express yoga routine by the lovely Yoga with Manny. Donโt worry if youโre only a beginner, this class is suitable for all skill sets and will be easy to do at home!
Manny is a London-based yoga and meditation teacher. If you like her taster sessions on our Stories, you can check out some of her other online classes here.
