Amazon Locker provides a self-service delivery location to pick up your Amazon.co.uk parcels. Lockers are currently available in a variety of locations throughout the UK and now you can enjoy the facility inside the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre

How does it work?

Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pick up your parcel at a time that’s convenient for you. Go to Amazon Locker to get started and learn more about One-Day or Standard Collection and delivery costs.

Once your parcel is delivered to the Amazon Locker, you’ll receive an e-mail notification with a unique pickup code and the address and opening times for your selected Locker location. The code will also be available in the tracking information for your order.

Amazon Lockers are self service kiosks used for collection and return of Amazon parcels. You can find Lockers in places such as Shopping Centers, Business Parks, Petrol Stations and Convenience Stores. There are currently more than 1,400 Amazon Lockers in the UK. For Amazon Locker Pickup, you can select One-Day or Standard Pickup. One-Day Pickup to an Amazon Locker is free for Amazon Prime members. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member, you’ll be charged £1.99. You will qualify for FREE Standard Pickup if your order includes £10 or more of eligible books, or £20 or more of eligible items across any product category. Terms and Conditions apply.

Only items dispatched by Amazon.co.uk are eligible for delivery to a pickup location. This includes Marketplace items that are Fulfilled by Amazon (usually items from Amazon Merchants or Warehouse Deals). All other items sold by third-party Sellers are dispatched directly from the Seller and aren’t eligible for delivery to an Amazon Locker. Currently, Lockers can accept parcels up to 42cm x 35cm x 32cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg. If the combined size, weight or dimensions of your parcel exceeds the size restrictions, you’ll need to select a different delivery address.

How do I collect the parcel?

The Amazon Locker in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre are located on the corridor leading to the centre office management and toilets. When you arrive to collect your parcel, enter your pick up code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.

All parcels delivered to Amazon Locker locations must be picked up within three days. If you’re not able to collect your parcel within this time frame, the parcel will be returned to Amazon and you will receive a refund.

Is it available 24 hours?

No. Access to the Amazon Locker is restricted to normal opening hours for the centre from 9:30:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays and 11:00 to 17:00 on Sundays
