Organic Pilates at The Old Mortuary
Our pilates group has now taken root in its new home at The Old Mortuary, Rotherhithe. The first session last week took place outside on the terrace, under the early evening sun, and Oana led the group through a series of flowing exercises, tailored to all levels of ability. Each session is as much an experience for wellbeing as it is fitness.
These 45 minute classes take place every Tuesday evening at 6pm. You can bring your own mat, or use one of ours. No booking is currently required and it costs ยฃ5 on the door.
