Quiet Shopping at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre

Surrey Quays Shopping Centre is supporting vulnerable members of our society by creating a Quiet Shopping experience every Sunday from 11am – 1pm

At Surrey Quays we aim to create a welcoming experience for all our customers and have partnered with Purple and Dementia Friends to bring ‘Quiet Shopping Time’ on Sundays to our shoppers.

Every Sunday starting 12th January from 11am – 1pm the centre music will be turned off and only use the P.A. system for essential announcements. Visitors will be encouraged to use hand towels rather than the hand driers and the stores will be ask to participate by turning off their music to create a quiet shopping experience.

This is just another way that Surrey Quays is helping our community by making the shopping centre more accessible and creating a welcoming experience for all customers.
