MySocial Activities Monday 2 March – Friday 6 March 2020

This week MySocial programme includes our brand new lively and energetic exercise class SOCA that combines dance moves with a touch of Caribbean flavour. This week we will take the time to talk about mental health as MySocial Southwark joins in with the rest of the country in marking “Time to Talk Day”.
