About Liloo Yoga Classes
Liloo loves Yoga Classes and has been practising in London since 2013. She holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training qualification (200YTT) from YogaLondon and is currently working towards the next stage, the 500-hour qualification.
After a bout of serious health complications, Liloo discovered yoga as a means to get the better of the aches and pains of her illnesses, and also as a means to recover her general health. She quickly discovered its great empowering properties and decided to make a professional career out of it, helping to empower others.
Liloo has developed an acute sensitivity to the body language and signs that often coincide with chronic illnesses; a trait that has made her more empathetic for others also seeking rehabilitation and general health improvement.
Liloo teaches many different forms of yoga, including Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra; often teaching strong flows in a playful way using carefully crafted playlists. She has a strong interest in Ayurveda and other natural remedies.
