Communication & Professionalism Workshop
- What constitutes effective communication?
- How do you know if you’re communicating effectively?
- What are the barriers to effective communication?
- How to be the epitome of professionalism?
- Why is it important and what happens when we are professional?
Weekly 1-2-1 follow up sessions to help with job searching, applications, CV editing and general mentoring support is also available to all who are in need.
The team are also in a position to make personalised referrals for benefits advice and give business start up support also. So whatever path your employment journey takes they can help and aide you.

The Empowerment People was started in 2016 by Daniel Gregory. A former Youth Worker & Community Engagement Manager. Daniel championed a collaborative approach towards helping youths across lambeth work towards their needs, wants and aspirations. This collaborative approach forms the basis for all we do today.
The Empowerment People provide a support network for all those who are in need. Whether its Employment Opportunities, Mentoring & Life Coaching, Support in Applying for Benefits, Business Start Ups or anything in-between our team can provide an attentive and caring presence to help you plan, strategise and execute your vision.
Our team specialise in collaborative working; We aren’t here to take over or take charge. Our goal is to help our clients realise their own potential and improve their overall quality of life through engaging workshops, supportive mentoring and impactful coaching.

Are you in need of support in your job search? This program empowers participants with CV Writing, Interview Preparation, Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills. Graduates of this course can also make use of weekly follow up sessions for extra support.
Do you need a more personal range of support? Our mentors can provide personalised Goal Road Mapping and support you as you progress on your journey through weekly one 2 one sessions.
We have specialist in house support available for those who are applying for Universal Credit and other government funding. Our team can support you in your application processes.
